Frozen Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon honey optional; omit for littles <2 yo
- ½ cup strawberries diced
- 1 banana thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter melted
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 tablespoon sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If using honey or maple syrup, stir it into the greek yogurt.
- Evenly spread the yogurt onto the parchment paper (about ¼-inch thick).
- Sprinkle strawberries, banana slices, hemp hearts, and sprinkles over the yogurt.
- Melt the peanut butter slightly (10-15 seconds in the microwave) and drizzle it over the bark.
- Place in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or until fully set.
