Frozen Yogurt Bark

Easy and quick to make, this frozen yogurt bark is the perfect nutritious snack for you and your toddler! Top with fruit and nut butter drizzle for added fun.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional; omit for littles <2 yo
  • ½ cup strawberries diced
  • 1 banana thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • If using honey or maple syrup, stir it into the greek yogurt.
  • Evenly spread the yogurt onto the parchment paper (about ¼-inch thick).
  • Sprinkle strawberries, banana slices, hemp hearts, and sprinkles over the yogurt.
  • Melt the peanut butter slightly (10-15 seconds in the microwave) and drizzle it over the bark.
  • Place in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or until fully set.
  • Once frozen, break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
