Hi, I'm Tiffany! Toddler Dietitian and Mom of Two
I'm so glad you're here! I’m Tiffany, a Registered Dietitian, mom of two, and foodie passionate about helping parents feel confident and stress-free when it comes to feeding their little ones. I’ve spent my career working with families to create positive, nourishing mealtime experiences, and now, I’m bringing all of my tips and recipes right here to share with you!

Cooking has always been one of my greatest passions, but becoming a mom and navigating the world of toddlerhood deepened my focus on simplicity and making food fun! As a wife to a firefighter and a SAHM + working mom often solo-parenting, I understand how busy life can be with kids running around. That’s why my recipes are created with YOU in mind. Parents who want to prioritize health, make mealtimes easier, and serve balanced meals without spending hours in the kitchen.
Here You'll Find:
- Quick and healthy recipes for the whole family (many ready in under 30 minutes!)
- Gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free options
- Toddler-friendly meals and lunchbox inspo
- Balanced snacks that will actually keep them full

- Tips and tricks on how to make food fun for picky eaters
I’ve never been one to make separate meals—my toddler eats what we eat, and that’s always been my approach. My goal is to help the families I work with do the same. By creating meals everyone can enjoy, we take the stress out of cooking while teaching little ones to eat a variety of foods.
Mealtimes should be about connection, not power struggles or extra work in the kitchen. That’s why most of the recipes here are suitable for ages 6 months and up (with slight modifications), making it easier to bring everyone together at the table.
One big goal of mine is to inspire you to foster a positive relationship with food—not just for yourself but as a role model for your kiddos. After healing my own relationship with food and helping so many others do the same. I’ve learned that food is meant to nourish, not to be controlled or feared.
In our home, we don’t label foods as “good” or “bad,” “healthy” or “junk/toxic.” Or even talk about our bodies in negative ways. Instead, we call food by its name—a cookie is a cookie, and an apple is an apple (they both give us energy!). By removing unnecessary judgment around food, we help our little ones understand that all foods can have a place in a balanced diet.
This approach creates an environment where kiddos can listen to their bodies, explore a variety of foods, and grow up with a positive relationship with food. Here, you’ll find recipes that reflect this, even including options for gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian needs. Every family is unique, and mealtime should be a time to connect, explore, and enjoy together.
There’s so much more to my story, and I can’t wait to share more in future posts. For now, I’m so happy you’re here! I hope these recipes and resources make mealtime easier and bring more joy to your family table. Let’s make feeding your family fun, simple, and nourishing!
