3-Ingredient Oatmeal Cookies

These 3-ingredient oatmeal cookies are soft, naturally sweet, and packed with wholesome ingredients! Made with just banana, peanut butter, and oats, they’re perfect for a quick, healthy snack or breakfast—no added sugar or flour needed!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • ½ cup peanut butter or sub other nut/seed butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats GF if needed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix Ingredients – In a bowl, mash the banana, then stir in peanut butter and oats until well combined.
  • Shape & Bake – Scoop about 1-2 tbsp of dough per cookie onto the baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool & Enjoy – Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
