  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line an 8x8 baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mash the banana, then whisk in eggs, milk, applesauce, and vanilla.
  • Stir in oats, grated carrot, grated apple, hemp hearts, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  • Pour batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and lightly golden. Let cool completely before slicing into bars and serving.
