For cocoa fudgesicles: mix in 1–2 teaspoons of cocoa powder + 2–3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt for extra protein and creaminess + plash of ½ teaspoon vanilla extract to bring out natural sweetness without added sugar (can totes add little maple syrup in there for sweetness), before freezing to make creamy fudgesicles!
