Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup peanut butter runny/natural preferred
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • pinch of salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  • Spread batter evenly into the pan and smooth the top. Add any desired toppings like hemp hearts or chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, cool completely, then slice and serve.
