Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free 1:1 flour blend
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries no need to thaw

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer – Set to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray the basket or line with parchment.
  • Mix dry ingredients – In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add wet ingredients – Stir in the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until a dough forms. The dough may be sticky—flour your hands if needed.
  • Fold in blueberries – Gently mix in the frozen blueberries, being careful not to overwork the dough.
  • Form bites – Divide into two pieces and roll it out like a hotdog, then cut into about 1-inch long pieces. *Optional – Brush each bagel bite with a whisked egg, or simply spray with olive/avocado oil.
  • Air fry – Cook at 350°F for 10–12 minutes, or until golden on the outside and cooked through. You can also bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes.
  • Cool & enjoy – Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving warm!

Notes

If using fresh blueberries or subbing with chocolate chips, cut the flour down to 1 cup!
