These Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos are a fun, high-protein meal made with ground chicken, melty cheese, and a creamy Greek yogurt Caesar dressing—all cooked right into a crispy tortilla. Easy, family-friendly, and perfect for toddlers too!
6-8small tortillasflour, whole wheat, or gluten-free
⅓cupshredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
⅓cupfinely chopped romaine or spinach or kale
¼ to ½cupGreek yogurt Caesar dressingsee recipe
olive oil or avocado oil for skillet
For the Caesar Dressing
½cupplain Greek yogurt
2tablespoongrated Parmesan cheese
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1tablespoonlemon juice
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce(in place of the anchovy paste)
½teaspoongarlic powder
1–2 teaspoon olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it.
Divide ground chicken into 8 equal balls.
Place a tortilla on a flat surface and press a chicken ball onto the center, flattening it evenly to "smash" the chicken into the tortilla.
Place tortilla chicken-side down onto the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and edges are golden. Flip and cook tortilla side for 1 minute to crisp.
Remove from heat, sprinkle cheese on top while warm.
Drizzle with Caesar dressing and top with chopped greens. Fold and enjoy!
