Cinnamon Roll Bites

These easy Cinnamon Roll Bites are made with tortillas, cream cheese, cinnamon, and coconut sugar, then air fried until golden and crispy. Served with a simple Greek yogurt dip, they're a fun 10-minute breakfast or snack the whole family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium flour or whole wheat tortillas almond flour works too!
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar optional for sweetness
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • avocado oil spray

Greek Yogurt Dip

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, stir together the coconut sugar and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, vanilla, and optional maple syrup until smooth.
  • Spread an even layer of softened cream cheese over each tortilla, then sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon-coconut sugar mixture.
  • Roll each tortilla up tightly, then slice into about 6-8 bite-sized pinwheels. Arrange the bites cut-side up in the air fryer basket or baking dish and lightly spray with avocado oil.
  • Air fry at 375°F for 5-7 minutes, or until the bites are golden and lightly crispy. Let cool for 1-2 minutes before serving with the Greek yogurt dip.

Notes

  • Let the cream cheese soften before spreading for the easiest assembly.
  • Whole wheat tortillas work just as well as regular flour tortillas. The almond flour tortillas may crack some, but they still worked great for me!
  • Let the bites cool slightly before serving since the filling will be hot.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 2-3 minutes to crisp them back up.
