Creamy Chocolate Avocado Frosting (easy to make & low sugar)

This creamy chocolate avocado frosting doubles as a pudding or dip and blends up in just 5 minutes. Packed with healthy fats, fiber, and iron, it’s a toddler-approved treat that moms can feel good about!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled + pitted
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder can increase to 4 tablespoon for richer chocolate, adjust per taste
  • 2-4 tablespoon maple syrup or date syrup or 3–4 Medjool dates soaked + blended
  • 2-4 tablespoon milk of choice start with 2, add more to thin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Add avocados, cocoa powder, sweetener (if using), milk, vanilla, and salt to a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and add a little more maple syrup for sweetness or extra milk for a looser texture.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes for best texture (or enjoy right away!).
