Easy Apple Pie Tortilla Roll Ups (the easiest snack hack!)

Warm cinnamon apples wrapped in almond flour tortillas and lightly crisped for the perfect toddler-friendly snack. These Apple Pie Tortilla Roll Ups taste like a mini apple pie, take just minutes to make, and include optional cashew butter for extra healthy fats and protein!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tortillas Siete almond flour used here
  • 1 small apple diced very small
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter 1 tablespoon per tortilla
  • 2-3 water
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • avocado oil spray
  • cinnamon + coconut sugar coating

Instructions
 

  • Cook the apples: Add diced apples, cinnamon, and 2-3 tablespoon water to a small bowl. Microwave 1-2 minutes (or heat on stovetop 3-4 minutes) until soft.
  • Fill the tortillas: Spread 1 tablespoon cashew butter inside each tortilla. Spoon warm cinnamon apples down the center.
  • Roll: Fold the sides in and roll tightly.
  • Crisp: Spray lightly with avocado oil and sprinkle cinnamon coconut sugar if using. Air Fryer: 375°F for 4-6 minutes. Oven: 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
  • Cool slightly. Slice and serve warm.
