Easy Banana Egg Waffles (3-Ingredients!)

These easy 3-ingredient banana egg waffles are a toddler breakfast favorite! Made with wholesome ingredients you likely have on hand. Great for baby-led weaning, freezer-friendly, and ready in minutes. Add berries, cinnamon, or seeds for a nutritious twist!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana spotty is best!
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup oat flour or blended oats or sub 2 tablespoon of coconut flour

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  • Add eggs and whisk until fully combined.
  • Stir in flour until a smooth batter forms.
  • Fold in any optional add-ins if using.
  • Preheat a waffle iron and lightly grease with oil or butter.
  • Spoon batter into waffle iron and cook for 3–5 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  • Let cool slightly, then serve warm or freeze for later!
