This easy cherry smoothie for kids is creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with protein, healthy fats, and fiber. Made with frozen cherries, Greek yogurt, almond butter, and chia seeds, it’s an easy 5-minute breakfast or snack the whole family can enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • cups frozen pitted sweet cherries
  • 1 ripe frozen banana or 1-2 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup whole milk or milk of choice plus more as needed
  • ½ cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or any nut/seed butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen cherries, banana or dates, milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter, and chia seeds to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  • If needed, add an extra splash of milk and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour into cups and serve immediately.
