Easy Cottage Cheese Pizza Toast

This easy air fryer cottage cheese pizza toast is a quick, high-protein meal or snack for toddlers and kids. Made with simple ingredients and ready in minutes, it can also be baked in the oven for a crispy, melty mini pizza toast.

Easy Cottage Cheese Pizza Toast (high-protein + kid-friendly)

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice bread
  • 2-3 tablespoon cottage cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoon marinara sauce or crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
  • pinch Italian seasoning

Optional toppings:

  • mini pepperoni, diced bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, or spinach

Instructions
 

  • Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the slice of bread.
  • Add cottage cheese on top, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning. Add toppings if desired.
  • Place the toast in the air fryer and cook at 375°F for 4-5 minutes or oven at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese melts and the edges become crispy.
  • Let cool slightly, then slice into squares or strips if serving to toddlers.
