Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1-2 teaspoon maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons milk

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine ½ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoon tahini, 1–2 teaspoon maple syrup (if using), and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Add 1–2 teaspoon milk and stir until smooth. Add more milk if needed to thin to desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
  • Perfect for drizzling over cookies, muffins, or using as a fruit dip!
