This easy frozen yogurt bark with strawberry and mango is a refreshing, protein-packed toddler snack made with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and hemp hearts. It’s the perfect no-cook, freezer-friendly treat for warm days or anytime you need a healthy snack for kids. Naturally sweet and fun for little hands to help make!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional; omit for littles <2 yo & can add more per taste preference
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries diced
  • ½ cup fresh mango diced
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts optional
  • 1 tablespoon crushed freeze dried strawberries optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional for additional flavor

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • If using honey or maple syrup, stir it into the greek yogurt.
  • Evenly spread the yogurt onto the parchment paper (about ¼-1/2 inch thick).
  • Sprinkle strawberries, mango, hemp hearts, and crushed freeze dried strawberries over the yogurt.
  • Place flat in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or until fully set.
  • Once frozen, break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
