Mix the ingredients – In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, egg, spinach, onion, feta, sundried tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—don’t overmix!
Form patties – Shape into 6–12 burger patties (depending on size) or smaller patties for sliders.
Choose cooking method – Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook burgers for 4–5 minutes per side, flipping once. Smoker: Preheat smoker to 250°F and cook burgers for 45–60 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 160°F. Stovetop: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and cook burgers for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Serve – Enjoy on buns, in pitas, or over a salad with tzatziki, hummus, or your favorite toppings!

Feel free to cut this recipe in half! I like having extra for leftovers - cook once eat twice!
