These Easy Oven Baked Chicken Strips are a healthy, family-friendly dinner everyone will love! They’re tender on the inside, lightly crispy on the outside, and made with simple pantry staples. Perfect for toddlers and babies, these strips are easy to prep, freezer-friendly, and great for quick weeknight meals or packed lunches!
1eggor 2 tablespoon mayo, yogurt, or milk for egg-free
½cupflourany will work, use gluten-free if needed
1cupalmond flouror swap for breadcrumbs or crushed cereal for more crunch
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsmoked paprikaoptional
light sprinkle of salt and black pepper
spray oiloptional, for crispiness

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly greased foil.
Set up coating stations. Whisk the egg (or substitute) in one bowl. Mix almond flour/breadcrumbs/cereal, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper in another. Then have the flour in another bowl.
Dip each strip into the flour first, then egg wash, then coat evenly in the dry crumb mixture. Arrange on the baking sheet and lightly spray with oil.
Bake 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
