Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free 1:1 flour if needed *¼ cup extra for rolling out
  • 1 ½  teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg whisked (for coating)

Topping options:

  • everything bagel seasoning for a savory option
  • cinnamon sugar for a sweet option

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and line the basket with parchment paper or lightly spray with oil.
  • Mix dough – In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms. (It will be sticky—lightly flour your hands if needed!)
  • Shape bagel bites – Divide into two pieces and roll it out like a hotdog, then cut into about 1-inch long pieces. Or can just scoop or grab about 2 tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball.
  • Egg wash & season – Brush each bagel bite with the whisked egg. Sprinkle with either everything bagel seasoning or cinnamon sugar. *if wanting a softer cinnamon sugar coating then toss in it after cooking!
  • Air fry – Place bagel bites in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch. Air fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Cool & enjoy – Let them cool slightly before serving warm!

Notes

If using oven: line a baking sheet with parchment paper, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch. Cool & enjoy!
