Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and line the basket with parchment paper or lightly spray with oil.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms. (It will be sticky—lightly flour your hands if needed!)
Divide into two pieces and roll it out like a hotdog, then cut into about 1-inch long pieces. Or can just scoop or grab about 2 tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball.
Brush each bagel bite with the whisked egg. Sprinkle with either everything bagel seasoning or cinnamon sugar. *if wanting a softer cinnamon sugar coating then toss in it after cooking!
Place bagel bites in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch. Air fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
If using oven: line a baking sheet with parchment paper, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch. Cool & enjoy!BONUS fun: stuff with a dab of cream cheese!Scroll up to see substitution options.
