These easy Sausage Cheddar Biscuits come together in one bowl using oat flour, Greek yogurt, sausage, and cheddar for a soft, protein-packed breakfast that’s toddler-friendly and perfect for meal prep!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oat flour or all-purpose flour (GF if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt optional
  • 4 tablespoon cold butter cubed or shredded
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage crumbled
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese or dairy-free cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Whisk together oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add cold butter and use a fork to mash it into the flour until crumbly.
  • Stir in the Greek yogurt until a sticky dough forms. Fold in sausage and cheddar.
  • Scoop 8-10 biscuits onto the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly golden and set. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
