These baby- and toddler-friendly popsicles are made with just a few wholesome ingredients — banana, strawberries, full-fat coconut milk, and chia seeds. Naturally sweet, dairy-free, and smooth-textured for little mouths, they’re perfect for warm weather snacks or teething relief.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds I blend these right in for smooth texture

Instructions
 

  • Add banana, strawberries, coconut milk, vanilla, and chia seeds to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 4–6 hours or until fully set.
  • Run molds under warm water to release. Serve immediately and enjoy!
