Soft, fluffy greek yogurt oat waffles that are high in protein, no added sugar, and perfect for toddlers or babies. Easy to make, freezer-friendly, and customizable with your favorite mix-ins!
Preheat your waffle iron or skillet (if making pancakes).
Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding 1-2 tablespoon milk if batter is too thick. (best to let the batter sit a couple minutes to let the oats soak in!)
Lightly grease waffle iron, pour in batter, and cook until golden.
Cool slightly before serving to babies or toddlers.
