Easy Yogurt Oat Waffles (high protein, freezer-friendly)

Soft, fluffy greek yogurt oat waffles that are high in protein, no added sugar, and perfect for toddlers or babies. Easy to make, freezer-friendly, and customizable with your favorite mix-ins!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt dairy-free if needed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your waffle iron or skillet (if making pancakes).
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding 1-2 tablespoon milk if batter is too thick. (best to let the batter sit a couple minutes to let the oats soak in!)
  • Lightly grease waffle iron, pour in batter, and cook until golden.
  • Cool slightly before serving to babies or toddlers.
