An easy, no-bake frozen sweet treat or snack made with Greek yogurt, whipped cream, berries, and graham crackers—perfect for toddlers and kids! These Frozen Yogurt Berry Ice Cream Sandwiches will be you and your toddler's new favorite snack!
In a medium bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, whipped cream, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in chopped berries.
Line a tray with parchment paper. Arrange graham cracker halves. Spoon the yogurt mixture over and spread evenly. Sprinkle with hemp hearts, then top with the remaining graham crackers to form sandwiches.
Place tray in freezer for 2-3 hours, or until the sandwiches are firm. Can set overnight and let thaw for 5-10 minutes prior to eating.
Once firm, cut sandwiches into squares. Serve immediately or store in airtight container in the freezer for later.
