These Frozen Yogurt Melts are an easy, healthy freezer snack made with Greek yogurt and fruit. They're perfect for babies, toddlers, and kids, require just a handful of ingredients, and are a refreshing make-ahead snack for warm weather.
Line a baking sheet or freezer-safe tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Add the Greek yogurt, fruit, vanilla extract, and optional honey or maple syrup to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or a zip-top bag and snip off a small corner.
Pipe small dime-sized dots onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
Freeze for 2-3 hours, or until completely firm. Transfer the frozen yogurt melts to a freezer-safe container or bag and store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture and a boost of protein.
Skip the sweetener for littles under 2 years old for no added sugar.
Frozen fruit works well, just thaw slightly before blending if needed.
Enjoy straight from the freezer, as the melts soften quickly at room temperature. Or you can let thaw slightly before giving them to your toddler or baby!
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
