These Greek yogurt cinnamon rolls are soft, easy, and made with no yeast for a quick homemade breakfast or snack. Perfect for toddlers and busy mornings!
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line a baking dish. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Add Greek yogurt and melted butter/oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and roll into a ¼-inch thick rectangle.
Mix filling ingredients and spread evenly over the dough.
Roll into a log and slice into 6-8 rolls. Place in baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until just lightly golden.
Whip cream cheese until smooth, then mix in Greek yogurt, maple syrup or powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.
