Healthy Greek Yogurt Mini Muffins (Little Bites Dupe)
These healthy Greek yogurt mini muffins are soft, fluffy, toddler-approved, and inspired by the nostalgic Little Bites muffins kids love. Made with protein-rich Greek yogurt and simple pantry staples, they’re perfect for snack time, lunchboxes, or quick breakfasts.
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin pan well or use mini muffin liners. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
Then mix in the Greek yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, avocado oil (or melted butter), and vanilla until smooth.
Scoop the batter into the mini muffin pan, filling each about ¾ full. Top with mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, blueberries, or whatever mix-in of choice, if desired.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days or in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Freeze for up to 2 months for easy grab-and-go snacks.
Don’t overmix the batter for the softest texture.
Great for toddlers, picky eaters, lunchboxes, or quick breakfasts.
