These healthy mini pizzas for kids are made with an easy Greek yogurt pizza dough for a soft, toddler-friendly crust that’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or freezer-friendly meal prep. No yeast required and easy to customize for picky eaters.

for the Greek yogurt pizza dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt or ¼ teaspoon for lower sodium
  • 1-2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt

for the toppings

  • ½-3/4 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • toppings of choice: finely chopped bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, turkey pepperoni, shredded chicken, sausage, olives, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and Italian seasoning.
  • Then add the Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 3-5 minutes until smooth. If it feels sticky, sprinkle in a little extra flour as needed.
  • Roll out the dough and flatten until ¼-inch thick (or however thick you prefer), then use a small mason jar or cookie cutter to cut out the mini pizza rounds.
  • Place the mini pizza crusts onto parchment-lined baking sheet, then spread each mini pizza with marinara sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and add your favorite toppings.
  • Bake the mini pizzas for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.

Storage:
