Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds raw, unsalted
  • 1 cup dates pitted, about 12 dates
  • cup Tiny Sprouts Digestion Booster
  • 2 tablespoon sunbutter or any seed/nut butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Blend ingredients – Add pumpkin seeds, dates, Tiny Sprouts Digestion Booster, sunbutter, and cinnamon to a food processor. Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together when pressed.
  • Press into a pan – Line an 9x5 or 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into an even layer.
  • Chill – Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
  • Slice & enjoy – Cut into 8 bars and store as needed.
