- 1 cup pumpkin seeds raw, unsalted
- 1 cup dates pitted, about 12 dates
- ⅓ cup Tiny Sprouts Digestion Booster
- 2 tablespoon sunbutter or any seed/nut butter
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Blend ingredients – Add pumpkin seeds, dates, Tiny Sprouts Digestion Booster, sunbutter, and cinnamon to a food processor. Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together when pressed.
Press into a pan – Line an 9x5 or 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into an even layer.
Chill – Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
Slice & enjoy – Cut into 8 bars and store as needed.
