Homemade Yogurt Drink

This easy homemade yogurt drink is creamy, high in protein, and made with just a handful of simple ingredients. Perfect for toddlers, kids, and adults, it's an easy breakfast or snack that comes together in just 5 minutes!

Equipment

  • blender or immersion blender
  • glass jars or silicone pouches

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • ½ cup whole milk or milk of choice, more depending consistency preference
  • ½ cup strawberries or fruit of choice fresh or frozen
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or hemp hearts optional
  • 1 pitted Medjool date or 1-2 teaspoon of maple syrup optional for sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Add the Greek yogurt, milk, fruit, vanilla, and optional sweetener and chia seeds or hemp hearts (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend for 30-60 seconds, or until completely smooth and creamy.
  • If needed, add extra splashes of milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour into cups or reusable drink bottles and enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for later.
