Mini Almond Flour Banana Muffins (no added sugar!)

These soft and fluffy mini almond flour banana muffins are naturally sweetened with ripe bananas, no added sugar needed! Made in one bowl with simple ingredients, they’re a cozy, toddler-friendly recipe that’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and packed with healthy fats, fiber, and protein. Perfect for busy mornings, snacks, or freezer prep!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 1-2 teaspoon maple syrup if your bananas aren’t super ripe optional
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease or line a mini muffin pan.
  • In a medium bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Whisk in eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon (if using).
  • Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and baking soda until evenly combined. Divide batter into mini muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  • Bake for 12–16 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing, they’ll firm up as they cool.
