No-bake s’mores granola bars made with oats, sunflower seed butter, and just enough chocolate + marshmallow. A toddler-friendly snack that’s fun and easy to prep!
In a large bowl, mix oats, ground flaxseed (or Tiny Sprouts Brain Booster), sunflower seed butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips, and marshmallows. If the consistency is too dry, add more nut butter.
Press firmly into a parchment-lined 8x8” pan.
Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours, then slice into bars. Store in the fridge.
