An easy PB&J yogurt bark made with plain Greek yogurt, chia jam, and peanut butter. A fun frozen snack for kids with a no added sugar option.

PB&J Yogurt Bark (easy snack for kids, no added sugar)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup blueberry chia jam homemade or store-bought
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter no added sugar

Instructions
 

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, gently stir Greek yogurt and chia jam together until lightly swirled.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the parchment, about ¼ inch thick.
  • Warm peanut butter slightly and drizzle over the yogurt. Swirl gently with a knife or toothpick.
  • Freeze 2-3 hours, until firm.
  • Break into pieces and keep frozen until serving.
