1cupfull-fat cottage cheeseor sub with full-fat yogurt
2tablespoonmaple syrupor 2-4 Medjool dates for no added sugar
2teaspoonvanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
pinchsea salt
1-2tablespoonwhole milk if needed for blending

Add the frozen peaches, cottage cheese, maple syrup or dates, vanilla, and salt to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
