Spinach Yogurt Smoothie (simple ingredients, no added sugar)

This creamy spinach yogurt smoothie is packed with protein, healthy fats, and fiber from Greek yogurt, chia seeds, avocado, and cashew butter. A nutrient-dense smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast, snack time, or turning into smoothie popsicles for kids.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 packed handful fresh spinach
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ¼-½ avocado depending how creamy you want it!
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add the spinach, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, milk, avocado, cashew butter, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Add a splash more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately or pour into popsicle molds and freeze for smoothie popsicles.
