Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt Bark for Toddlers

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free if needed
  • ½ cup whipped cream cheese or softened regular cream cheese or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest

toppings

  • 4 tablespoon strawberry chia jam (mashed strawberries + 2 teaspoon chia seeds + dash of water to mix)
  • cup diced strawberries
  • 2-4 tablespoon crushed graham crackers or bunny grahams

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup (if using), vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Spoon the strawberry chia jam over top and gently swirl. Sprinkle with diced strawberries, crushed graham crackers, or leave plain!
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours until fully set.
  • Break into pieces and let sit a few minutes before serving.
