No-bake strawberry protein bars made with nut or seed butter, coconut flour, mini chocolate chips, and freeze-dried strawberries. A homemade Perfect Bar dupe that’s creamy, filling, and toddler-friendly.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy almond butter cashew butter, or sunflower seed butter
  • cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-4 maple syrup or honey optional, to taste
  • 2-4 freeze-dried strawberries pressed on top
  • 2-4 mini chocolate chips optional, pressed on top

Instructions
 

  • Line an loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix nut or seed butter, coconut flour, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until a thick, moldable dough forms.
  • Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
  • Gently press freeze-dried strawberries into the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or place in freezer until firm, then slice into bars or squares.
