There are very few things I love more as a toddler mom than no-bake toddler snacks that are easy, affordable, and don’t require turning on the oven.
Between chasing little kids, trying to keep groceries within budget, and feeding a toddler who may or may not eat what I offer, I simply don’t have the time (or energy) to bake every single snack from scratch. Because that's the beauty of balance, right?!
Below I’m sharing my 14 favorite no-bake toddler snacks your picky eater will actually love! Including easy homemade options, budget-friendly packaged snacks, and balanced snack pairings you can throw together when life is busy (which is always).
What Makes a Healthy No-Bake Toddler Snack?
From a dietitian standpoint, I aim for snacks that include at least two of the following:
- protein
- healthy fats
- fiber-rich carbohydrates
This helps snacks:
- keep your toddler fuller longer
- support steady energy
- reduce constant grazing
That said, if your toddler only eats part of the snack? That’s totally okay too! Exposure still counts!

Tiff's Dietitian Tip
A few reminders I share with parents all the time:
- keep snack times consistent
- include at least one safe food or a "sometimes" food
- avoid commenting on how much they eat
- offer small portions and let them ask for more
- hold your loving boundaries between eating windows
You don’t need to convince your toddler to eat, your job is to offer. Their job is to decide if, how much, and what they eat (even though I know it's hard)!
